The Basket Shop was started in 1939. It was located in what was then called the Hudson Terminal Market. When work started on the World Trade Center, the store moved two blocks away to Barclay Street. That was our home for the next 38 years.
During those wonderful years we built a relationship with thousands of customers. We've since moved out to Long Island and our gift basket business continues to thrive because of the strong relationships that we have cultivated.
When you use our services for gift baskets or other types of gifts we are able to draw on our experience and deliver the perfect gift arrangement suited for your special occasion.
We have the capacity to prepare hundreds of baskets for our larger customers or a single basket for that one special basket. We treat both with the same sense of responsibility to create the perfect gift and to get it delivered promptly.
